Thanks to Amy, I've got about six cups of homegrown - homemade pumpkin puree in the refrigerator. It's taken me all night to cook and mash it up, but I have a feeling it will be well worth it. I'm still trying to decide if I should attempt a pie, or play it safe with cookies. But there's enough there, I think I'll do both. Pumpkin butter has also been suggested ...mmm... there's just so much to choose from! And I roasted up the pumpkin seeds. Why waste them?! They'll make such a great lunch snack!
