Here is The Amazing Jello Goldfish. The Amazing Jello Goldfish is made with orange D'Gari Gelatin Dessert from Winco and a can of Butterfly Fruit Cocktail from Fubons containing pineapple, guava, papaya and coconut gel. I also added an envelope of Knott's unflavored gelatin, just in case it needed some extra hold.
The Amazing Jello Goldfish turned out quite delicious...
Although, I guess there isn't actually any Jello in it.

I bought some D'Gari and other than the company site (which is in Spanish) there are no recipies on the web. I thought it would be full of them! Kudos to you for going for it. I have Eggnog flavor and I wanted to make the dessert looser and more like a salad or "pie". Thought about puting cooked spiced apples in it and walnuts maybe. I guess I am forced to experiment on my own. I am only going to make 1/4th of the package as I don't want to used 4 cups of milk just to taste it. Oh funny thing, I'm from Gresham, OR ... small world!
